I'm sorry to hear that you're not seeing changes yet. Everyone metabolises NMN differently, and on very rare occasions, some may experience side effects, especially if you're also taking other medications; hence, it's always a good idea to consult your physician.
If you still want to give it a go, you might try increasing your dosage by 250mg at a time, up to a maximum of 1000mg. Monitor how you feel after each increase to make sure you're tolerating it well. For example, if you're currently taking 500mg daily, try taking 750mg for the next 7 days on an empty stomach and make sure you take hot drinks 30-40 minutes after NMN as it can degrade NMN.
If you're still not experiencing the desired effects after 12 weeks, factors like the MTHFR gene mutation or sensitivity to niacin could be at play. In this case, it might be helpful to start with a lower dose and consider taking substances like TMG or B vitamins, which support methylation.
Remember, consistency is key when it comes to supplements. Taking NMN regularly with the best dosage will help you achieve the best possible results.

My usage of NMN has now been over 4 months. Energy levels are noticeably better and I have lost noticeable weight during this time. I have tried intermittent fasting and performing limited exercise, I feel the NMN has definitely helped keep the weight off more easily! With the Resveratrol it's harder to determine any improvement without proper testing of my health from a doctor, which I haven't completed so will post something after a medical test. Overall my energy levels are great.
