Even though our Blend includes 500mg of NMN, 50mg of Psterostilbene (a 5x more bioavailable alternative to Resveratrol), and a methyl donor complex, some individuals, depending on their NAD levels, may require a higher dose, such as NMN or all three products (some may need 1000mg of each or more). Without reaching the appropriate dosage, achieving the desired results may be challenging.
If you're still willing to give it a try, you can opt to supplement it with our NMN (or all three powders separately added to the blend) and assess the outcomes. Best to increase gradually by 125mg or 250mg every 7 days, ensuring your body tolerates it well.
Additionally, do not take it with hot drinks as this can degrade the NMN. It's best to consume it 15-30 minutes before or after having a hot drink.
We completely understand if your decision is to suspend your subscription and appreciate your honesty. It’s important to us that our customers see and feel the benefits of our products, and sometimes, taking a break can help you better evaluate those effects.

Everyone metabolises Longevity Blend differently, and on very rare occasions, some may experience side effects, especially if you're also taking other medications; hence, it's always a good idea to consult your physician.
Another key consideration is finding the right dosage and timing for taking Longevity Blend.
If you're between 40 and 60 years old, starting with 500mg or one scoop is recommended, and it's best not to exceed 750mg per day.
For those over 60, it's suggested to take at least 750mg, up to a maximum of 1,000mg daily.
You can also try taking Longevity Blend after a meal to allow for slower absorption and processing by the body.
Also, some individuals naturally produce higher levels of NAD, which might lead to the symptoms you described. To counter this, incorporating TMG or any B vitamins offers better results.

My usage of NMN has now been over 4 months. Energy levels are noticeably better and I have lost noticeable weight during this time. I have tried intermittent fasting and performing limited exercise, I feel the NMN has definitely helped keep the weight off more easily! With the Resveratrol it's harder to determine any improvement without proper testing of my health from a doctor, which I haven't completed so will post something after a medical test. Overall my energy levels are great.
